7632 - Prefs50.js requires ldap_2 entries or opening the Address Book will hang the app.

Using 19990604 late builds for Mac, linux and Win32, clicking the Address Book
menu item under Tasks while in Mail will hang up the app if you don't have any
ldap_2  entries in your prefs50.js.

Verify your prefs50.js file does not have any ldap_2.* entries.
1. Launch Mail
2. Select Tasks|Address Book
The address book doesn't list anything in any of the panes, you can't close the
window, and you can't use the browser or mail from this point on.

Per message from Candice about editing the prefs50.js file: I have checked the
code for getting address book directory list from prefs.js.  To get it working,
please copy your 4.5 preferences with prefix "ldap_2" into prefs50.js.

I'll check in a fix when the tree is green.  Without any ldap preferences should
show 4 default items (one Personal Address Book and 3 ldap directories)

Using builds 199060808 on Win, Linux & Mac this is fixed, you now see the
default Address books created.  Verified
