763565 - Change QA auto-response reply-to address and CC for QA inquiries to qa-contribute at mozilla dot org

This is a two step bug in an effort to improve initial retention of interested contributors via the auto-response email alias. Right now, the auto-response email responds from an alias called [e-mail] - this is not personal at all, which likely does not attract a contributor to respond to the alias at all. We need to encourage responses that our QA team members and core contributors can respond to per interest in the QA team. Here's the two things we need done initially:

- Change the email alias of [e-mail] to [e-mail]
- Make [e-mail] a mailing list that our QA team members and core contributors can join to help new contributors get on-boarded

I'll followup with Marcia to work to getting an updated auto-response email that inquires for interest at a personal level - not using the email we are using now that's outdated.

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner.

A couple questions:

* Will the new mailing list be public or private?  We can't send inquiries to a public forum.

* Is the list up yet and ready to receive messages?

Private forum, although I'd like to make sure that core contributors (e.g. Gabriella, Alexsej) could be added to this list, as we'd like to give core contributors the opportunity to help on-board new contributors.

Don't think so. I think we need to get a mailing list up first, change the auto-response email alias to [e-mail] (or something similar to that).

Sounds good.  As long as it isn't public and you have a way to grant access to people you trust on the QA team.
