We'll need a new column in the PreApproval API for pin, it will be a boolean field, we don't actually know or store the pin. Just the requirement that the user would like to user one. Add this to the data-user attribute on the body, so that the JS can figure out if the PIN is needed or not when doing the Paypal Flow.
