I first noticed this on 07 Jun 2012 and reported it to mozillaZine Nightly thread[1].
The problem is still present on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:16.0) Gecko/16.0 Firefox/16.0a1 ID:20120611030526
This seems to be random so unfortunately I have no steps to reproduce it.
Attached the result of saving the file after "loading" google.com
