3. launch fennec

Expected: fennec is launched again and stays launched.
Actual: fennec quits again.

I've seen this behavior from the beginning. I believe the problem is that we have to wait for Gecko before we kill the Java UI; otherwise, Android will kill the Gecko process (resulting in an unclean quit). Cleanly closing Gecko can take several seconds - likely due, at least in part, to bug 662444.
