Due to bug 764284 and bug 764323 we've got issues using client.py and hgtool.py for cloning and pulling the mozilla-* repositories in our release builds. As a temporary measure, I think we should disable hgtool.py and avoid the pain of those bugs.
I'm proposing that we fix this for comm-release only (i.e. 13.0.1), if you're happy to manually fix up 14.0b2.

This is the only Thunderbird config in buildbot-configs that still uses hgtool. I'm not sure if you want it or not, posted it anyway just in case.
