Silverlight plugin is crashing on Mac OS X 10.8 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Try this two links: http://www.herbarium2.lsu.edu/grass2/ and http://www.mashooo.com/SilverlightGames.aspx

Actual results:
Silverlight Plugin is crashing

Expected results:
The plugin should not crash and silverlight content should be displayed.

Plugin version is: 5.1.10411.0

It affects Netflix. This was also present in the previous beta. Could you find a regression range for this?

This is basically bug 753248, and should happen on both 10.7 and 10.8.

So far bug 753248 has only been fixed on the trunk, because it only happens with builds made on OS X 10.7.

Previously only trunk and aurora builds were made on 10.7.  Release and beta builds were made on 10.6.  But apparently beta builds are now also being made on 10.7 (without this change having been properly communicated to all interested parties).

So maybe we now need to land the patches for bug 753248 and bug 759364 on beta (and presumably also aurora).

Actually these are both already on aurora (on the mozilla15 branch).  So they only need to land on beta.
