now that we have many more tests enabled for android native mochitests, we should balance the load a bit more and run in 10 chunks. This will give us room to expand as new tests are added to the tree or fixed to run on Android.

Idon't believe we need this anymore...we split out webgl and the rest should be pretty well oiled by now.
