The crash occurrs using Mozilla build from April 12 and on Windows NT 4.0 SP6.
Can you try a newer build with talkback ? It would be nice if you can post the talkback ID ! WFM with win2k build 20010417.. (CVS)

Same problem with build 2001050508 on W2K. Talkback doesn't seem to work. No talkback information is generated and launching talkback manually fails. Tried downloading from tucows, cnet and mozilla.org. Mozilla crashes when the save dialogbox appears. I did not have this problem with May 1 build.
hmm, doesn't crash for me... running Mozilla 22 May build 2001052204 for Win32 under Win2000...
