Details
We need a dedicated test app with in-app payments which can be used in our automated tests. We also need a test app in prod to ensure stuff still works.
To this end, please deploy a prod version of in-app payment tester. Thanks!

No it's about hosting a new one at a different subdomain. We're going to tie the current one to -dev so that automated tests can run against it.
