This might be a dupe of an existing bug. This is still reproducible with today's nightly.
This works for me. Is the issue more that its hard to tap on the slider exactly? On the pages listed there is no meta-viewport. That means that even in full screen mode we render the video and its controls at 1.5 scale making the scrubber very small and hard to tap.
Given there's been no response, and I can't reproduce this, going to close as WFM.
