The testcase is from bug 678193 (testcase2).

On my Galaxy Nexus, I can't see the green block in the second iframe, until I pinch zoom in a little, then it suddenly appears.
This is a -moz-transform object inside an -moz-transform iframe.

Not sure if this is a regression, but I suspect so.
I can also see the bug in Fennec beta.

I can confirm this is a regression. Both green blocks are visible on Nightly 14.0a1 2012-03-15 (the mapple merge build). I will work on narrowing down the regression window more.
