So, when I first put together the Dev Derby landing page, I did it pretty quick & dirty using manual management of tags in the Constance admin panel.

This has lead to a number of problems and is hard to use. Think about reimplementing the management of things like this in a better admin panel:

* Upcoming challenges featured on landing
* Current challenge described on landing
* Previous challenges archived
* Judges list

Some of this content still needs to live in strings in code, in order to be localized. But, managing the content swaps could be done better, and possibly automated by setting dates. (Especially the previous challenge archive)
