766172 - Text Cut Off in Buttons, Mixed Font Sizes on top of bugzilla bug page

I've seen this on the Galaxy Nexus and the HTC Desire HD.

Steps to reproduce:
- Visit a bug page (like this one)
- On the top text input, start typing a letter

Expected result:
- The text is proportional to the height of the text input

Actual result:
- The text is much larger then the text input, so it is cut off

After tapping the "Search" button, suddenly, the whole layout is changed.
Suddenly, all the text on that line gets larges and you get 2 lines.
