Sometimes tests fail for no apparent reason on tbpl. A retry (via Self Serve API) seems to have a good chance of success. Is there some fault at play here that adversely affects the first run? Or is there just some psychological effect that is making it seem like the first run is cursed?
Consider https://tbpl.mozilla.org/?tree=Try&rev=903c463396f6&noignore=1 as a random example.

I never found good evidence to support this idea and no longer even suspect it.
