(using todays cvs):

the reports.cgi contains the ability to generate a list of "most recently
doomed" bugs. In the function "most_recently_doomed" there is an SQL statement
that should selected all NEW bugs, but it also contains "and target_milestone=''
and bug_severity!='enhancement' and status_whiteboard='' and (product='Browser'
or product='MailNews')";"

Same goes for generating the urls that contain a bugs list for each person.

If this is going away completely...great!  But in the mean time I've added a
patch to make most_recently_doomed actually work.

Thank you for this patch - however, I believe that no-one cares about
most-recently-doomed, so I'm going to focus on higher priority patches :-)

Yes; because people can fix this themselves locally, but fixing it on the trunk
would mean a b.m.o-specific customisation was necessary, and for this file that
would be a pain.

clearing target in DUPLICATE/WORKSFORME/INVALID/WONTFIX bugs so they'll show up
as untriaged if they get reopened.
