The transparency on the W3 "CSS Checked" badge is black. This could be a problem
with the file, but other browsers render it as expected. The file itself is
wrong, not just the version at the Dublin Core site. I see the same thing on my
intranet pages.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://dublincore.org/.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
3. See the black bar on the CSS badge.
4. See the transparency as is should be on the XHTML badge next to it.
