Details
This is similar bug to bug 765150, except this time playing HTML5 videos will expand and contract the video during playback. No purple screens, but as you can see, the playback is just as annoying and unviewable.
This was confirmed on two Tegra 2 devices so far: Motorola Photon 4g, LG G2X
* Note: more devices untested but affected here: http://pdadb.net/index.php?m=pdamaster&posted=1&cpu=a20aph
See screencast: http://youtu.be/E8JFDKp1uK0 (tested against Device Anywhere)
Repro:
1) install Nightly, Fx14 beta 8, Tmobile G2X, Android 2.3
2) load a page that plays html5 video (eg. see URL)
3) play the video, and verify any html5 video on this device will playback by expanding and contracting.
Expected:
- no video playback of expanding and contracting
Actual:
- expands and contracts.

much like bug 765150, the gingerbread tegras have no flash support, so fallback to html5 video is really the only video playback support on these phones. nom'ing for triage to look at a solution.
