Details

From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.8.1+) Gecko/20010419
BuildID: 2001041904

Currently nightlies won't allow the user to stop the animation of animated gifs
by pressing the escape key. Almost every nightly build since the 0.8.1
milestone are affected. On pages with very annoying animated gifs, this results
in quite a headache.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the browser
2. Open any webpage with an animated gif
3. Once the page has completed loading, press "Esc"

Actual Results: Animated gifs continue to animate.

Expected Results: Animated gifs should "freeze" in the current frame. This is
the case with all previous version of Mozilla, Netscape, and IE.
