User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:13.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/13.0.1
Build ID: 20120614114901

Steps to reproduce:

I opened a Firefox window. When I tried to move it around by clicking and draging on top of the window the window does not always move.

Actual results:

The window stayed at the same position on the screen

Expected results:

The window should have been moved around.
Try running firefox in safe mode.
Menu -> Help -> Restart with add-ons disabled -> Continue in Safe Mode.
If it works in safe mode, then one of your add-ons is causing the problem. The only way to troubleshoot this is to disable all add-ons, and re-enable them one by one to find out which add-on is causing the problem.

If that doesn't help, create a new profile to see if it helps. You can still keep your current profile so creating a new profile won't cause you to lose your bookmarks, passwords, preferences, etc.
