I really like the fade-in effect, but I think it should be faster. Should I file a new bug?

This patch seems to have Linux CSS.
Isn't it available for Linux build?

You can file a new bug, but the plan is to get bug 767133 done which may change things.

This doesn't work on Linux due to bug 408284.
