On push https://tbpl.mozilla.org/?tree=Mozilla-Inbound&rev=611574c8fc1e, selecting the Win opt M4 failure results in TBPL hanging for 5-10 seconds whilst the annotated summary is retrieved:

We should really just make getLogExcerpt truncate the output after a certain point, since it doesn't add any value to have it all stuffed into the summary box, when it's much more readable in the log anyway.
