768043 - Fennec Menu UI doesn't keep a consistent position when switching device orientation

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Fennec
2. Tap on Menu button
3. Switch device orientation to landscape
4. Switch the orientation back to portrait

Expected result:
The Menu UI will not overlap the URL Bar UI.

Actual result:
After steps 3&4, the Menu UI overlaps the URL Bar UI and the direction arrow is pointing something else in landscape (see attached screenshots)

There were similar bugs filed about the positioning of other popups, but I don't think I've seen one about the menu. Adding Sriram in case he knows.
