Build: 2001041908, Mac OS 9.1

To reproduce:
*   Open the Mozilla Installer.
* Look at the `Welcome to the Mozilla installer' text.

What you see:
*   Charcoal 18px, bold.

What you should see
*   Charcoal 18px, regular.

The general typographical rule is: If you're going to use the same font for a
heading as you do for the body text, you should increase *either* its size *or*
its weight. Avoid increasing both at once, especially if (as in this case) the
difference in weight is not great. (And yes, I know html.css breaks this rule.)

In addition, most of Mac OS's choices for the large system font (especially
Charcoal and Chicago) are quite heavy to begin with, so they react quite badly
to being made bold.
