User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:13.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/13.0.1 Build ID: 20120614114901 Steps to reproduce: When I try to move a maximized window using java in windows 7 from one screen to another by grabbing the top of the window and dragging it. It also does this with the screen snapped to one side of the screen Actual results: The screen starts to move into a unmaximized (windowed mode) state but snaps back into full screen mode, almost instantly. Expected results: The window should go into a windowed mode allowing my move the window where I like.
Can you provide a link (with a JAVA applet) presenting such an issue, please? In addition, can you make a test with a new Firefox profile? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Managing-profiles
I've tested it with a new profile. I also tested it with all my addons in my profile disabled. I have also found that it consistently does it when using Amazon video streaming service. So I'm not sure if java causing the problem, but I have found that it happens consistently with java, and only when the java is completely done loading. When the applet is loading everything work as it should. An Example of a java of a website that consistently does it, also if I'm in a different tab everything works as it should most of the time: http://www.java-gaming.com/game/13762/Risky_Rider_5/

And I'm able to maximize/minimize the browser window when this tab is active. What's your Flash version? Is it 11.3? If yes, try to disable 'protected mode' in Flash 11.3, cf http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1018071?tstart=0
A video of whats happening and when it happens and doesn't happen http://youtu.be/4pmJyJ6rwr4
So it's an issue with Flash. Can you test what I adviced in my previous comment please?
I uninstalled flashed 11.3 and installed flash 11.2.202.235, and the problem went away
*Appendding ProtectedMode=0 to mms.cfg helps.
