Download resuming would be nice

In Netscape 3.x/4.x, if I'm downloading a large file and the download fails, or
if I decide I want to cancel it, I could download that file again and it would
pick up where it left off before. I notice that Mozilla doesn't do that.
I've been using a download manager to handle recovery and resuming lately, but
it would be nice to have Mozilla do this automatically. Maybe when the user is
asked where to put the file, they could specify the same location and would be
asked to overwrite, resume, or cancel.
