This bug is for tracking all the front end work for the IA.
There are four new views that need to be implemented for the new IA navigation:
1- New home page: lists products and topics in sort order.
2- Product selected page: lists the topics for the selected product in sort order.
3- Topic selected page: lists the products available for the selected topic in sort order.
4- Product and topic selected page: lists the articles for the selection. The sort order will be by popularity (visitors) initially.

Note that we need to leave the existing landing pages in place. Initially we will probably waffle between the old and new for en-US. Later on some locales may choose to keep the old landing pages but this is TBD.
The bug for the design of the new pages and the new "theme" is bug 762255.
