this adds in enableprivilege and sunspider test sources. We tried the enablePrivilege stuff before and it failed, now I have it working (or so I believe).
I believe I screwed this up, Callek has proven my strategy incorrect.
I have retested my approach with a small fix and I have checked it in. Please pull from the tip or rev 09e7ed37236b.
