Stes to reproduce:
1.Go to https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/addon/firebug/
2.Click the contribute button -> loads Make a Contribution Frame
3.Click Make Contribution Button -> loads Paypal login sandbox
4.Click login -> Loads PayPal login sandbox
5.Inspect the page
Expected results:
id attributes should be unique on the page.
Actual results:
Duplicate id found, id="login".

This works for me.
There is only one id="login" in the page.
