Steps to reproduce:

I open Firefox (13.0.1) and my empty homepage loads. Then I opened up a bookmark folder (3 bookmarks in it) as "Open All In Tabs".


Actual results:

Instead of loading the bookmarks in 3 tabs, it shifted and created a fourth tab. So my first tab was empty. And the three opened bookmarks were in tab 2, 3 and 4.


Expected results:

"Open All In Tabs" should've opened the first bookmark in tab 1 (or atleast the 'selected/active' tab) and bookmark 2 and 3 in tab 2 and 3. (Same goes for having multiple tabs already opened: That should be like: Tab 1: Google, Tab 2 Facebook, Tab 3 Wikipedia. When I open my bookmarks folder, with three different sites as "Open All in Tabs" when Tab 2 is active/selected. It should be like this: tab 1 Google, tab 2 bookmark1, tab 3 bookmark2, tab 4 bookmark3, tab 5 Wikipedia.)
