* fix a typo

* When rescheduling a pipeline, we only reschedule the blocked members (i.e. depth >= 2), but we would log a message that the reschedule timer had gone off even if the depth was only 1 (and therefore nothing really happened).. which is pretty confusing. Restrict that log to times we actually do the reschedule.
