769279 - [Akami] Redialing a call takes around 3-5 seconds before the screen shows its dialing

When you disconnect a call, and want to redial the last number, the Dialer interface takes about 3-5 seconds to trigger the dialer screen after tapping the green "connect" button.

This is a user perception issue.  If i'm on a call and get disconnected, my first reaction is to redial and hope to connect.  This stall makes people thing their phone isnt reacting, and will keep pressing "reconnect", when the truth is its processing, but just dog slow.

## Environment
* Akami: build 2012-06-28
* Gaia commit 3e501d7725f30b21d6740ecaeea99850ce9a82c1
* Gecko commit 2be4e380b4fb6ffc71a98c96de2d30cd48eeb8f2

## Repro
1. Enter Dialer screen and call a number
2. hear it connect on connecting dialog window.   click End
3. screen returns to dialer page.  Click the green connect button
4. Verify it takes like 3-5 seconds before the connecting screen reappears when redialing. Do it a few times, and notice the same thing

## Expected
* Redialing should be around 2 seconds or less

## Actual
* Redialing is bout 3-5 seconds. 


I'll try to capture a adb logcat when it happens again.

Is this still an issue on Otoro devices?

Not an issue, currently.   If I dial a number and terminate it from either end, number is wiped from the dialer and needs to be reentered.  It takes ~1-2 seconds from hitting green dial button (after number is entered) to invoke dial screen.
