Steps to reproduce:

Some video windows in pages are not displaying or playing.
Seeing blank rectangles within pages where videos should be. Sometimes beige rectangles containing video name & caption, sometimes black rectangles w. no info.

This is WFM on Win 7 x64 with Firefox 4, 12, 13, 14, 15 and Nightly using Flash  11.3.300.262.

Can you repro without Adblock Plus Usage and/or Fireox Safe-Mode?

Fixed.  It wasn't Adblock - it turned out to be my using Ghostery to block "Facebook Connect", from:

http://connect.facebook.net/en_us/all.js
