User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; WOW64; rv:13.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/13.0.1 Build ID: 20120614114901 Steps to reproduce: While using a dual monitor setup, attempted to drag Firefox window from the title bar while window is maximized and the web in the active tab uses Flash in some way. Actual results: Dragging starts but the window quickly resets itself into place as if it was somehow locked, it cant be dragged at all. Expected results: I should be able to drag the window freely even across monitors, which i can do if the web in the active tab uses no Flash or if Flash plugin is disabled.
