1) Open the drop down list.
2) Mouse over different item, highlighting doesn't follow the mouse.

It's somewhere in https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/pushloghtml?fromchange=f08d285b63b0&tochange=d9d61d199b11 (between 06-30 & 07-01). Half of that is bug 539356 which has to do with repainting so that's entirely possible.
