Nightly Fennec 16.0a1 (2012-07-02) Device: HTC Desire Z OS: Android 2.3.3 Steps to reproduce: 1. Load about:home 2. Open tab menu. 3. Scroll the about:home page. Expected: The tab menu is dismissed. Actual: The tab menu is not dismissed, the about:home page can be scrolled.
