When Gaia is started and you add an idle observer, the code throw in http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/dom/base/nsGlobalWindow.cpp#8718
This is also a fix for https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=770172. Super mini fix so combined it into one.

I still see this assertion every now and then when unlocking the screen in b2g-desktop. Did something regress?
