When you file a new bug (or even when you add a new attachment) and by accident select two or more files for upload Bugzilla will not allow to submit the page but also doesn't show any warning for the failure. Steps: 1. Create a new bug 2. Select to attach an attachment 3 [review]. Select two or more files on the desktop and drag those into the file input 4. Click on submit to send the report Step 4 will not succeed and no failure is shown. It has been taken a while until I have noticed the problem. We should really show a visual indicator.

How do you select several attachments?? Firefox doesn't let you do that. This looks like an issue with your browser.

Please read step 3. Drag a selection of two files into the text area of the input field. This happens at least with the latest Aurora build on OS X.

Firefox 13 replaces the already dragged file by the new one. So this really looks like a bug with Aurora.

(In reply to Frédéric Buclin from comment #3) > Firefox 13 replaces the already dragged file by the new one. So this really > looks like a bug with Aurora. You are still not testing what I have described in comment 0 and comment 2. You have to drag a selection of 2 items to the file input, and not a single one two times. I can clearly see this with Firefox 10 ESR too.

ok, I misread step 3. But in that case, the first file is attached and the following ones are ignored. We may fix this bug or not, depending on whether bug 278469 is fixed first.

(In reply to Frédéric Buclin from comment #5) > ok, I misread step 3. But in that case, the first file is attached and the > following ones are ignored. This should read: 'the first file should be attached and...'. I would be happy with that too. But seeing no message why you can't submit the change is confusing, especially when you have really long paths for the files.
