web5.addons.phx1 crashed and wouldn't boot, hanging during BIOS POST. Reseated the blade and now it is booting but complaining of broken firmware. The firmware needs to be flashed on this box.
Upgraded BIOS, RAID controller firmware and kernel. Will close this bug out if the box is stable for a week or so.
