User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:13.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/13.0.1
Build ID: 20120614114901
Steps to reproduce:
I downloaded several pages.
Actual results:
The Downloads window lists 3 entries for some reason, the first listed as 1.7 GB and the two above it "Unknown size".
Expected results:
Display the correct size, like the 4th to last entry.
Save as HTML only appears to work, but Save as "Web Page, complete" (via the context menu) causes another incorrect size entry.
Files were saved to \\server.company.int\home$\em123\Downloads
Component: Untriaged → Downloads Panel

There is no download panel in FF13, that is a new feature

Please provide every step that is necessary to reproduce the issue.
I recognizer a maff file extension in your screenshot. Do you use an addon to create such files and if yes, does it work without this extension ?

I believe Firefox only provides file sizes for known file types.
Component: Untriaged → Download Manager
Product: Firefox → Toolkit
Version: 13 Branch → Trunk
I use https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/mozilla-archive-format/ to efficiently save complete webpages, and right now that appears to work just fine.
