Steps to reproduce: 1. Right-click a personal toolbar item and choose "rename". 2. While the edit box is still there, View->Apply Theme->[theme of your choice]. Result: personal toolbar item appears to go back to normal state (good). 3. Right-click the personal toolbar item again. Result: empty context menu.
Looks like inline name editing has been removed to fix bug 77125. Invalid?
