Device: HTC Desire (Android 2.2)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to maps.google.com.
2. Scroll the map.
3. Every time you are asked to use the maps app choose "Cancel".
Expected results:
After the user dismisses the doorhanger using the "Cancel" button no additional dialogs are displayed as the user has made his choice.
Actual results:
The "Open with app" dialog is displayed every time the user scrolls the page and about 4 times while the page loads.

Bug 769454 fixed this, but there are comments there that would help if/when we decide to create a more discoverable system again.
