771303 - deploy logstash-metlog 0.8.1 to dev/stage sync, aitc, and token servers

We need to deploy a new logstash-metlog RPM (rev 0.8.1) to accomodate changes in the way that JSON logs are pushed into the Hadoop clusters.

The RPM is available on r6.build.mtv1.svc.mozilla.com:/home/vng/RPMS/logstash-metlog-0.8.1-1.x86_64.rpm

The RPM should be deployed on the sync*.web.mtv1.dev.svc.mozilla.com

Maybe I am looking in the wrong place (or checking the wrong thing), but I am not seeing this update on sync*.web.scl2.stage.svc.mozilla.com in Stage
Similar for sync*.web.mtv1.dev.svc.mozilla.com


FYI: I can not ping or SSH sync1.web.mtv1.dev.svc.mozilla.com

OK verified that all environments have logstash-metlog-0.8.1-1.x86_64 except for Sync Dev.

Bouncing this for the Dev Sync environment:
sync* in Dev has
logstash-1.1.0-1
but not
logstash-metlog-0.8.1-1 (or similar)

Stage Sync looks good: sync*
logstash-metlog-0.8.1-1.x86_64
logstash-1.1.0-1.noarch
