396756c 0.2012.07.06.3 - bump version after merging @jrgm's fix for test regression

stage is better for the js exception GH-1978 and I can sign in an existing user, or signup a new user in the dialog.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe we have decided to derail this train.
QA and SV will continue testing from here though, specifically to target new features and closed issues that need to be verified.

Yep, derailed. Continuing with issue verifications in this train. Load_gen test has been running since Friday (seeing more issues than usual with zeus including some huge blowup of zeus today at ~15:00 PDT).
