The following assertions fail: 

creates valid services models from response
startThumbnailJob() method does not exist

creates valid site models from response
startThumbnailJob() method does not exist

We've re-jiggered this area since these tests were written. They need revisiting to test current expectations.
Target Milestone: --- → M3
Fixed the test spy / data mocking and used the posts() and services() accessors to get these tests running. 

Also added a test for the .clear() method to assert that services and posts collections should be empty afterwards.
