Starting from tomorrow, the .UY registry will open registrations of .UY domains at the top level.

> A partir del dia 10 de julio de 2012 se podrán registrar nombres de dominio directamente bajo .UY. Se podrá así, registrar nombres en el segundo nivel. Ejemplo: midominio.UY. Esta será una opción más que se suma a las actuales de registrar dominios bajo COM.UY, EDU.UY, NET.UY, ORG.UY, GUB.UY y MIL.UY. Los nombres de dominios bajo estos subdominios seguirán operando de la forma habitual. 

It means

> Starting from July 10th, 2012, it will be possible to register domain names directly under the .UY domain. It will be possible to register second level domains as well. Example: mydomain.UY. This will be an addition to the existing possibility of registration under COM.UY, EDU.UY, NET.UY, ORG.UY, GUB.UY y MIL.UY.
