Using 2001042304 on Win 2000 (I noticed it on the 4/22 build also) Read a message with a link in it. Click on that link. The link gets loaded in the browser but the browser window doesn't come to the front so you have to search for the browser window it got loaded in. cc'ing sspitzer and bienvenu in case they can help out.
