Steps to reproduce:
Go to the page http://hroska.cz/other/image.html with the same svg image inserted to the page twice. The first instance is specified using the img element (left) while the second one using the object element (right or bottom). In that SVG image is a link to the another SVG file using the image element.
Actual results:
On the left image that nested SVG file is not rendered at all.
Expected results:
In all Chrome, MSIE9 and Opera browsers this external image is rendered without any problems.

This is a purposeful security restriction. See bug 628747.
