GCLI should have a command to exit/close the toolbar just like every command line has (cmd, etc) so pressing 'exit' will close the toolbar.
Blocks: GCLICMD
Invalid as there is now a way to close the toolbar. Also, the current mechanism to create an exit command is very untidy.
