Internet Explorer and Konqueror both set the icon in the location bar and
bookmark list from the favicon.ico file in the root directory of a web server
(for example www.cnn.com).  Mozilla should do the same thing.



On a seperate note the bugzilla helper form shouldn't require steps to reproduce
or a build id for a RFE

and a rfe buildid is important, as new features are being added all the time...
